Stack parking is a car parking system, that provides independent parking space for both upper and lower levels.
The vehicles are parked on the platforms.
Lower-level platforms are driven horizontally using a motor connected to traction.
Upper-level platforms are driven vertically using individual hydraulic cylinders connected to each platform. one vacant space is used for shifting the ground floor parking space sideways, thus making it possible to go up the lower floor parking space situated below the to entry-level.
